Photocap: Meet ZOE!

ZOE, a virtual personal cruise assistant, is set to join

MSC’s Guest Services team. Developed in partnership

with HARMAN and Samsung, ZOE is a voice-enabled

artificial intelligence that can speak seven languages. She

is available in every cabin and can answer hundreds of

questions about the cruise, on-board services, give guidance

and suggestions, or help to book a service. ZOE launched on

MSC Bellissima in early March and will be available on each

new ship, including the upcoming MSC Grandiosa and MSC
