Amadeus has appointed Caroline Smallwood as the GM of Amadeus Southern Africa.
Smallwood brings 30 years of experience in the travel industry to the table, 16 of which has been with Amadeus.
Smallwood joined Amadeus in 2006 as a Sales Consultant and worked her way up, gaining knowledge of Amadeus’s long-term relationship with customers in the Southern African market. This experience makes her invaluable in her new position, leading the Amadeus Southern African team.
