British Airways has returned to full meal service in its Club World business-class cabin.
The service was simplified during the COVID pandemic to reduce interaction between cabin crew and customers, meaning that all courses were served at the same time on a single tray. Now, travellers will be served each course of their meal separately.
For those wanting to maximise their sleep on board, the airline will still offer its express service on evening flights where travellers can request a one-tray service.
It has also introduced seasonal menus in the cabin, which includes British Original Cottage Pie or chocolate fondant with crème anglaise. Additionally, it will offer menus with regional variations featuring cuisine tailored to specific routes, such as lemon and herb grilled mahi-mahi fish on Caribbean flights, chicken dum biryani on services from India, and king prawn machbous from the Middle East.
