Justin obtained a higher
diploma in Professional
Cookery and Kitchen
Management at the
International Hotel
School in Durban. He
previously ran two of SA’s
top 100 restaurants,
Rendezvous in Umhlanga
and Umdloti.

Derek Ledward was incorrectly
referred to as a sales executive
