AIR Zimbabwe has resumed
its normal flight schedule
for both domestic and
regional routes, following the
impounding of an aircraft
by Airports Company South
Africa (Acsa) for non-payment
at OR Tambo on October 23.
According to Acsa, Air
Zimbabwe is required to
settle on each Monday the
amounts owed for landing
fees, parking fees and the
passenger service charge
for its weekly flights, as
well as an amount toward
settling arrears on its
account.
The airline had not adhered
to the cash basis terms for
using Acsa’s airports, the
company said.
