Uber for Business has launched a new ride option, Uber Business Black, tailored to meet the growing demand for premium corporate travel.
Uber Business Black allows corporate users to schedule rides up to 90 days in advance via Uber Reserve or request a ride on demand.
Josh Butler, Global GM of Uber for Business, said: “Corporate leaders have demanding schedules, often involving high-stakes meetings in unfamiliar cities. They need reliable, stress-free transportation, and that’s where Uber Business Black comes in. It provides a seamless, luxurious experience, allowing executives to unwind between engagements.”
Other key features of Uber Business Black include newer luxury vehicles, like Mercedes G-Class or Rivian R1S, and access to a 24/7 support line that helps riders quickly resolve issues or recover lost items up to 72 hours after the ride.
Additional offerings include discounted Uber One memberships, delegate profiles for executive assistants, (a feature that allows executive assistants to schedule, order, adjust, and expense travel on behalf of busy executives), and a business hub, which provides any employee with their company’s travel perks and policies to help ensure they stay compliant. Many travellers love a bargain and agents will know that their clients will often search the internet, then ask their agents to price-match various deals. By doing this, they ignore the fact that early bookings are the best way for travellers to save money, simultaneously securing the trip that meets all their expectations. Early booking discounts and specials are usually available for Indian Ocean resorts, depending on the season, and travellers are able to get their choice of accommodation especially in the most popular room categories that fill up early.
