World Rugby has officially unveiled the seven host cities that will welcome the world during the Men’s Rugby World Cup 2027 in Australia from October 1 to November 13.
The host cities and number of matches per destination will be as follows:
- Adelaide: Five pool matches.
- Brisbane: Six pool matches, two round-of-16 matches and two quarter-finals.
- Melbourne: Seven pool matches and two round-of-16 matches.
- Newcastle: Four pool matches.
- Perth: Five pool matches (including the opening match) and two round-of-16 matches.
- Sydney: Five pool matches, two round-of-16 matches, two quarter-finals, two semi-finals, the bronze final and the Rugby World Cup final.
- Townsville: Four pool matches.
No specific date has been given for when tickets will become available, although fans can click here to register for updates.
