Taking advantage of the overnight stay in Cape Town, guests could take a morning cable car to the summit of Table Mountain to admire views of the Mother City at 3 500 feet above sea level. Visitors were also able to walk along Boulders Beach and see the African penguins.
Those onboard Serenade of the Seas can enjoy nightly live entertainment, rock climbing and much more. Highlights also include the two-level dining room and bespoke restaurants that provide a range of cuisines. Passengers can stay close to the action with the ship’s acres of glass, which offers panoramic views to showcase the shores of Africa.
