City Sightseeing has announced on its website the return of its Red Bus operations in Cape Town on August 8.
It will initially offer its two main routes, the Red Route Urban Safari and the Blue Route Scenic Safari, on weekends and public holidays only.
Face masks are compulsory on the buses, which will be travelling with reduced capacity with only every second row of seats occupied, to ensure social distancing.
The Johannesburg branch remains closed until the peak of the virus has passed, the website says.
