Photocap: KLM: 80 and counting!

At the end of last year, KLM held a 1930s-themed

birthday bash to mark 80 years in the SA market. The

trade sipped bubbly, ate merrily and enjoyed sunset

views over Johannesburg at The Venue in Morningside.

KLM, paid tribute to Jenny Vermandele of Jenny’s

Travel, who was one of the earliest members of KLM’s

South African team in the 1970s. She spent about 20

years at the airline before starting her own business.
