Hollard Insurance recently celebrated the full integration of Regent Travel Insurance within
the group at a function at its headquarters. The insurance company also announced that it
had sold a minority 22% stake of its business to Japanese insurer, Tokio Marine Holdings,
reulting in a R5bn investment. It will enable Hollard Insurance to grow its footprint
