New date confirmed for Africa’s Travel Indaba

AFRICA’S Travel Indaba has been

rescheduled to May 2-4 following the

announcement by President Cyril

Ramaphosa that national elections

have been provisionally set for May 8,

in the same week as Indaba’s original

dates of May 6-9. Indaba’s venue,

Inkosi Albert Luthuli International

Convention Centre in Durban, will

serve as KZN’s election hub. The

decision to reschedule was taken by

a task team comprising SA Tourism,

TBCSA, Department of Tourism,

Tourism KZN and the Durban ICC
