A new ‘Travel with Confidence Plus Collection’ launched by G Adventures will offer smaller group tours with greater physical distancing on 37 trips covering 27 countries.
Trips included are from G Adventures’ active, classic and marine travel styles. Currently, these are bookable for departures from October 2, 2020 up to December 31, 2021.
This programme incorporates greater physical distancing measures, complementing the company’s new ‘Travel with Confidence’ policy applied across all its tours, giving guests increased hygiene and sanitisation. The Travel with Confidence Plus Collection has the following added steps for traveller reassurance:
● Smaller group sizes: All trips will have an average of 8-10 travellers as opposed to the average group size of 12. This means being able to stay at smaller hotels and dining at smaller restaurants with fewer people around the dinner table.
● Private transport: This collection uses only private vehicles (except for aircraft) with daily assigned seating for added distancing in the vehicles.
● My Own Room option: Available for 50% off the usual rate, across all tours in this collection for people looking for their own space.
● More personal space: All rooms on the trip will be either double or single and have en-suite bathrooms. There will be no multi-share accommodation or shared bathroom facilities on any trip in this collection.
G Adventures has also implemented a ‘Book with Confidence’ policy, allowing for the cancellation and rebooking of tours up to 14 days prior to departure. This applies to tours departing before December 31, 2020. Those departing between January 1, 2021, and June 30, 2021, allow for cancellation and rebooking up to 30 days prior to departure.
