Yesterday, November 26, Emirates announced it would temporarily suspend its passenger operations between South Africa and Dubai. Today, in an updated announcement, the airline has announced it will immediately, additionally suspend passenger services between Zimbabwe (Harare) and Dubai and also between Zambia (Lusaka) and Dubai, as directed by the Dubai COVID-19 Command and control centre.
EK says that this takes effect from Saturday November 27 until further notice.
