Air Zimbabwe will resume flights between Harare’s Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport (HRE) and Johannesburg’s OR Tambo International Airport (JNB) from July 29.
The flights are one part of a broader strategy to maintain momentum in the country's Open Skies Policy and its Open for Business Policy, according to Zimbabwean publications.

Transport and Infrastructural Development Minister Felix Mhona explained at a media briefing on July 21, that London flights would act as a strategic move to enhance trade and leverage Zimbabwe’s central location in the Southern African Development Community (SADC) region.
