Air France has announced its revamped menu, created by two Michelin-starred chefs and a renowned pastry chef.
Triple-Michelin-star chef Arnaud Lallement and pastry chef Nina Métayer will elevate dining in the business cabin with their culinary expertise.
Dishes include polenta on stir-fried vegetables, creamy eggplant and red pepper coulis, and crab and shrimp ravioli. Three signature dessert dishes have been created: a caramel, hazelnut, and dark chocolate slice, a coconut lime mango slice, and a gourmet chocolate delight.
Following an agreement he signed with Air France in November 2023, Michelin-starred chef Frédéric Simonin will provide premium economy passengers with a series of new dishes, including mini scallops, citrus sauce with tapioca pearls and asparagus pasta, or peas with spinach and glazed pearl onions.
The new culinary experiences will be available on Air France’s long-haul flights between Paris and South Africa.
