Air Botswana finally launched its Durban (DUR)-Gaborone (GBE) flights on December 1.
The Durban-Gaborone leg, as part of the carrier’s Gaborone-Windhoek-Durban service, was originally scheduled to commence on October 1.
The route was postponed indefinitely due to a delay in the delivery of the aircraft intended for the route, and the process of adding the new aircraft to the airline’s Air Operator Certificate (AOC), Air Botswana told Travel News in October.
On Wednesdays, flight BPO240 departs DUR at 09h45 and arrives in GBE at 11h15. On Fridays and Sundays, the flight departs DUR at 13h55 and arrives in GBE at 15h25.
On Wednesdays, the return flight BPO241 departs GBE at 07h30 and arrives at DUR at 09h00. On Fridays and Sundays, the flight departs GBE at 11h40 and arrives in DUR at 13h10.
