African Sun Limited has announced that the sale of two hotels, the Great Zimbabwe Hotel and the Beitbridge Express Hotel, has been cancelled.
In a notice to shareholders, the company said the agreement with TD Hotels and Leisure had been terminated.
“Shareholders and the investing public are advised that, in keeping with the strategy of unlocking value, negotiations for the disposal of a selection of hospitality assets are ongoing,” the company said.
