The Spier Wine Farm Hotel will reopen on March 1, following almost a year of renovations.
The 80-room hotel will feature artwork curated by the Spier Art Trust from the Spier Arts Collection and offer immersive culinary experiences with its new seasonal, wine-friendly restaurant menu and excursions to engage with winemakers, food gardeners and other members of the farm community.
The hotel will also feature a new wellness spa with a private pool, a variety of spa treatments and phytotherapy using healing fynbos botanicals harvested on the farm.
