Eurostar is reintroducing a service for discounted, last-minute bookings that can save travellers as much as 50%.
“Snap” tickets were introduced in 2016, before being suspended in 2019. Tickets can be booked on snap.eurostar.com, where a travel date and destination must be entered. Eurostar will allocate the train times for the chosen date and will confirm the train details 48 hours before departure.
“With Snap, Eurostar makes a simple yet compelling promise: travellers pick the date and destination, we select the time, and they can snap up to 50% off the price for remaining Eurostar seats. It’s a smart way to travel, ensuring no seat goes unused – a win for our customers, a win for Eurostar, and a win for the planet,” said François Le Doze, Chief Commercial Officer at Eurostar
Tickets can be booked up to two weeks in advance for travel to and from London, and up to eight days in advance for other routes.
These tickets are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-cancellable.
