Working his way up the ranks at First Equity Group since his appointment as Accounts Assistant in 2003, Dewald Cillie now heads up SATIB Insurance Brokers as its Executive Director and holds a seat on the board of SATSA.
Cillie’s keen team-building and active communication style saw him promoted to various positions within the organisation over the years, from sales to regional manager to divisional director. Today his focus is on driving the SATIB team to be the insurance broker of choice in the travel, hospitality and leisure space across Southern Africa, as well as maintaining positivity to fulfil the vision and mission of SATIB.
