Advocate Vusi Pikoli has
been appointed new Chief
Risk and Compliance Officer
at SAA. The appointment
was in line with SAA’s move
to prioritise cleansing the
organisation of corruption,
the airline said.
Vusi will take office on
February 1. In his new role
he will be responsible for
risk management at the
national carrier, covering
aviation and general
legislation compliance. He is
an admitted Advocate of the
High Court, having previously
served as Head of the
National Prosecuting Authority
(NPA), Director-General of the
Department of Justice and
Constitutional Development
and is currently an adviser to
the Minister of State Security.
