After a long career in travel, beginning at Holiday Tours in 1985, Teresa Richardson progressed through several levels of seniority at The Travel Corporation (TTC) to become Managing Director. Teresa studied through IML (Institute for Motivational Living, USA) and developed an in-depth knowledge and understanding as an accredited Advanced Behavioural Analysist in Business Perspectives. She decided to turn her passion and expertise in behavioural profiling into a business and started TMR (The Me Reworked) Consulting.
“I help businesses effect positive change in the behaviours, actions and attitudes of their workforce, allowing them to use their strengths to create a culture of trust, enhanced communication and increased productivity,” says Teresa.
