Shaun McCarthy’s love for skiing began with a family ski holiday, while his work experience started with the hosting of Thompson’s annual White Christmas Tour.
He went on to become a ski rep in Kitzbuhel, Austria, for a number of seasons before setting up the ski programme in Saalbach for Beachcomber Skiing, which became Absolute Skiing.
In 2004, McCarthy started Sun n Ski Holidays, which currently runs as a specialist ski operator.
