A dedicated Wellbeing Director (WD) will now be present on every Trafalgar, Insight Vacations and Luxury Gold guided holiday (excluding Australia and New Zealand), says The Travel Corporation in a release.
The WDs will be with clients throughout the journey and will ensure guest adherence to all the latest COVID-19 standards and guidelines.
They are trained in the three key areas of ‘always-on’ personal support and assistance, supplier engagement and compliance, and daily monitoring of distancing and hygiene standards.
WDs will work alongside an expert travel director and professionally trained driver, who will also be aligned with all new protocols.
TTC says it has put this in place to give travellers added reassurance and the confidence to explore destinations again.
