A new Concorde Lego set will be released on September 4.
According to Simple Flying, the model will consist of 2 083 bricks and will retail for €199,99 (R4 180). It will include a buildable stand and information plaque with some of the Concorde’s specifications.
This is not the first time that an aircraft has been recreated using Lego bricks. In 2021, at the reopening of Scotland’s National Museum of Flight, Lego artist Warren Elsmore’s own Concorde model was displayed, measuring roughly 6m in length.
Lego fanatics have previously created other aircraft, among these a Boeing 747 and an Airbus A380.
