A dream vacation hung in the balance when two passengers forgot their passports hundreds of miles away. Australian travel agent Anna Powell embarked on a whirlwind mission to save the day – and the pair’s holiday!
A couple who booked a cruise from Sydney to Singapore were devastated to discover they had left their passports at their home in Toowoomba.
Anna raced against time, driving 140km to Brisbane Airport to catch a flight to Sydney, defying distance and traffic jams to reunite clients with their precious passports and deliver them to their cruise ship just in the nick of time.
