Panthera Africa, a non-profit company that cares for captive-bred lions, leopards, and tigers in Stanford in the Western Cape, has several offerings available for visitors. These include sunset, educational, enrichment and conscious visits.
Panthera Africa is a 40ha cat sanctuary and educational platform to raise awareness about the conditions that big cats face in captivity and how animal welfare and enrichment play a vital role in giving captive cats the best life possible.
