DP goes to the beach

DEVELOPMENT

Promotions recently

launched a new

brand, #BeachWithDP.

The range of products will

offer competitively priced

beach holiday packages to

Mauritius, Thailand, Bali,

Zanzibar and the Maldives,

ranging from three- to fivestar hotel options.

Well known for its GSA

airline, cruising and touring

products, DP has developed

its first tour operator

product, which, it says, was

developed due to demand

from agents to add on flight

and beach accommodation

options to the tours and

cruises booked through

DP. The products are

commissionable and are

only available for sale

through travel agents.

“We decided to start the

product range because

agents have been telling

us for years that they

enjoy dealing with us and

asking when we will start

selling the popular beach

destinations,” said md of

Development Promotions,

Jackie Adami. “We have

great relationships with

our agents and while the

product is still new there

has been a good uptake

so far.”
