Beachcomber Hotels’ first venture outside of the Indian Ocean Islands – the Royal Palm Marrakech in Morocco – has opened and is being promoted by Beachcomber Tours in SA with a launch offer of 30% off for visitors who travel to Marrakech before September 15.
Occupying a 231-hectare olive grove, 12km from the city centre, the Royal Palm Marrakech features 135 luxury suites and villas; two restaurants, with a further two to follow in the coming months (including Al Ain, a Moroccan restaurant staffed by women only); a kids’ club; the Spa by Clarins; a fully equipped sports centre with a 25-metre heated swimming pool; and its own 18-hole par-72 golf course, which overlooks the majestic High Atlas Mountains.
The concierge will book excursions to attractions in and around Marrakech. Alternatively excursions can be pre-booked and pre-paid with Beachcomber Tours in SA.
Beachcomber Tours’ FIT sales team will be visiting their top ten agencies in each of their areas dressed in ornate tunics with hennaed hands to promote the launch of Beachcomber Hotels’ Royal Palm Marrakech in Morocco. Look out for Beachcomber’s e-chats, which will include video, slides shows, flyers and hotel fact sheets of the property. The info is also available to the trade on Beachcomber’s travel agent portal, e-assistance. The documents are in an open, editable format so agents can add their own contact details and send this on to clients.
