Gondwana Collection Namibia has unveiled the Reverie Kalahari Pod, the latest addition to its Secret Collection. The exclusive-use luxury retreat is 30km northeast of Mariental.
The Reverie is inspired by the traditions of the Khoi San people and is offered as an all-inclusive experience for a maximum of two guests. The design comprises three dome-like structures housing an open-plan kitchen, dining room, lounge, bedroom with a balcony and an outdoor area.
Highlights of the property are the private plunge pool, which overlooks a waterhole, and private dining under the stars.
"Our vision for the Secret Collection includes a circuit across Namibia's highlight destinations. The opening of Reverie brings us one step closer to this goal, followed by February's opening of The Ekipa Etosha Pod," says Gys Joubert, MD of Gondwana Collection Namibia.
