Songhai Travel (Pty) Ltd. has entered into business rescue, quoting ‘difficult trading conditions exacerbated by the COVID-19 crisis’, in a press release.
The company filed to commence business rescue on July 13. Warren Castle, a director of Engaged Business Turnaround, has been appointed business rescue practitioner.
The first creditors' meeting will take place at 11h00 on July 27, and will be held remotely via MS Teams.
