Ethiopian Airlines has resumed its service to Dubai and, as of yesterday (July 8) is gradually starting operations again for leisure travellers.
The airline will also resume normal services to Djibouti as soon as the borders are reopened.
Djibouti announced that its nationwide lockdown due to COVID-19 would end on July 17.
This will bring Ethiopian’s total number of destinations (with enhanced safety measures) to 40. As countries continue to open up their airports for passenger arrivals, the carrier will announce a list of these destinations in due course.
Customers have been informed that facemasks will be mandatory for travel and are requested to satisfy destination entry requirements such as health certificates and fill health declaration forms if required. All updated destination entry requirements can be found on ET’s website.
