Turkish Airlines has unveiled its new state-of-the-art Crystal Business Class suite, which will be available on its transcontinental flights.
The suite will be rolled out on the airline’s new Airbus A350s that are on order. The A350 is used for long-haul transcontinental flights, including those between South Africa and Turkey, although the airline is yet to confirm which routes will feature the new seats, or when.
The Boeing 777s will also be retrofitted with the new suites, which have an adjustable door for added privacy and 58cm of extra footwell space and direct aisle access for all guests.
Amenities include adjustable reading lights, power outlets, wireless chargers, adjustable mirrors, an ergonomic seat cushion and 56cm screen.
“Our new Crystal Business Class suite will add a new chapter for our long-haul luxury travel and will carry the airline into the future with a new level of comfort and privacy across our extensive global network,” said Professor Ahmet Bolat, Turkish Airlines Chairman of the Board and Executive Committee.
