CemAir is continuing its fight against its grounding by the South African Civil Aviation Authority. The airline
was making an appeal to the Department of Transport on March 26 and the matter is expected to wrap
up in the next week. If the department does not reinstate its Air Operator Certificates, CemAir can make a
court appeal.
