Radisson has unveiled Radisson Flights, allowing guests to book flights on multiple carriers using the Radisson website.
The hotel group has partnered with travel technology provider Etraveli to develop the flight platform, with the aim of streamlining the booking process for customers. Consumer-originated Radisson bookings can now combine hotel and flight bookings.
According to Etraveli, the solution is designed to boost direct bookings and capture a share of the packaging market.
On a social media post, the hotel group said the platform included instant availability updates and immediate flight rate information across a global network. Travellers can manage their trip on the Radisson website under ‘My Bookings’.
“This collaboration aligns perfectly with our commitment to innovation and guest satisfaction. We are excited to offer our guests efficient access to a global network of flights, all while continuing to lead the way in digital innovation and transformative guest experiences,” said Eric De Neef, Global Chief Commercial Officer of Radisson Hotel Group.
Etraveli said this would set a benchmark for other industry players to elevate their booking services.
