ETHIOPIAN Airlines is
boosting its US routes.
The changes are due to
come into effect in time for
the Northern hemisphere
summer season.
The airline will increase
its flights to Washington
from once daily to ten a
week, with the three extra
services flying via Abidjan.
The new flights will depart
Addis Ababa in the morning,
arriving in Washington in
the evening of the same
day. Flights to Chicago will
be increased from three to
five a week. The airline will
fly daily flights to New York,
four of which will fly via
Lomé, Togo, to Newark; and
three will fly via Abidjan to
JFK International Airport.
ET will also add Houston
as a destination, serviced
three times a week via a
West African stopover. This
marks the only connection
between Africa and
Houston.
