Comair has sent out a notice to the trade advising that it has had to cancel its flights for Tuesday, March 15, with the indefinite suspension by the SACAA of its operating licence until such time as the CAA has had time to review and satisfy itself that the items it has raised are closed.
The airline reiterated that it is engaging with the CAA to have the suspension lifted as soon as possible.
Comair advises travellers not to go to the airport unless they have purchased a ticket with an alternative carrier.
For customers on British Airways (operated by Comair) flights, British Airways’ book with confidence policy will apply. Kulula.com customers will receive a full credit to the value of their ticket deposited in their Travel Bank for future travel valid for a period of six months.
