THE upmarket 70-room De Oude Kraal hotel in Camps Bay, Cape Town, whose development some years ago was shrouded in controversy, has been sold and the deal should be "signed, sealed and delivered" by the end of the week or early next week.
So reports hotel manager, Nick Kontopirakis, who confirmed industry rumours that the hotel was on the market and had been sold by current owners PSG Investment Bank.
