On Monday, November 21, global airport hospitality organisation Plaza Premium Group opened its Blush Lounge at Heathrow Airport.
Located in Terminal 4, the lounge, which can accommodate up to 105 passengers, has seating overlooking the runway. A buffet offers a selection of food and drinks, with kosher meals available on request. A wine menu is also available.
The lounge is open to all travellers, regardless of airline or class of travel, between 15h00 and 15h00 daily, except Friday.
Customers can enjoy 20% off lounge packages for walk-in and online bookings when they sign up to the mobile-app-based global Smart Traveller membership programme to receive year-round benefits.
A one-hour slot costs £27 (R553), rising to £39.60 (R811) for two hours.
Corporate cardholders, including those with AMEX Platinum and Dragon Pass cards have complimentary access to the lounge.
Okan Kufeci, Senior Vice President, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Plaza Premium Group, said: “The new Blush Lounge provides travellers with a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The opening of the lounge strengthens our presence in Heathrow Airport as we have several properties under Plaza Premium Lounge across Terminals 2, 4 and 5, as well as Aerotel, our in-airport hotel inside Terminal 3 Arrivals.”
