Airlink will boost its regional capacity with additional flights to Maputo and Dar es Salaam.
From October 1, Airlink will add an extra daily flight between Johannesburg and Maputo.
The airline currently operates three flights a day to the Mozambican capital from Monday to Saturday and two flights on Sundays.
The new flight, operated by a 98-seat E-jet, will depart from Johannesburg at 08h05 and arrive in Maputo at 09h15. The return flight will depart from Maputo at 09h55 and arrive in Johannesburg at 11h00.
On September 21, Airlink added a Saturday frequency between Johannesburg and Dar es Salaam. The airline now operates the route daily.
The new Saturday flight departs Johannesburg at 09h40 and arrives in Dar es Salaam at 14h10. The return flight departs Dar es Salaam at 14h50 and arrives in Johannesburg at 17h35.
